It is fun, the characters are interesting, the glimpses into a different culture enough to spice it up. The story is predictable there are way too many dialogs the end could be spotted from miles away the scenarios could be drawn better the introduction to the Maori culture is a bit forced the main characters a bit stereotypical: next door American girl who gains the big bad boy of another planet-specie-culture, player/bad boy hunk with a heart of gold finally caught, blond crazy villain who doesn't give up.īut even when I can find negatives all day long I still want to read more. If I stop to analyze the book looking for flaws, there are many things "negative" I could say about it. This fact pretty much sums up the important part of the review: the book held my attention and left me wanting some more. I do have the first one, it will be the next one.
